Everyday Makeup Look

It's taken me quite a while to find a collection of makeup that I don't get tired of wearing everyday. If you watched my recent May Favorites video (video below) you will have seen me rave about a majority of these products. It's because they are fantastic and I naturally gravitate towards them when I'm putting on my makeup.

Face: Before I apply any other makeup I start with Benefit's "That Gal" Brightening Face Primer. It helps even out any discoloration and creates a nice canvas. I recently wrote a review about it here if you want to read more about it. I don't usually wear any foundation in my normal everyday routine. For concealer I've been using my Physicians Formula Conceal Rx in Natural Light very sparingly under my eyes. I have terribly dark under eye circles and it definitely helps to reduce the purple hues. I follow on top of the concealer with my Bobbi Brown Corrector in Light Bisque. This corrector is amazing at evening out my skin to an even, awake looking tone. Definitely something worth the purchase. Next I use Revlon's Nearly Naked Pressed Powder in Light Pale all over my face. Then I use my favorite blush e.l.f.'s Studio Blush in Candid Coral. As you can see I've nearly finished it completely and will be looking for a new blush soon. The final touch is a light application of Mary Kay's Translucent Loose Powder to add an overall softness to my face.

Eyes: I'm going to be hard pressed to find an eye look I like more than what I'm currently doing. Occasionally I start with an eye primer, but more often than not I skip right into applying Maybelline's Color Tattoo in "Bad to the Bronze" with my finger all over my lid. On the inside corner of my eye I put a very light amount of "Venus" off of the Urban Decay Naked Basics palette. It provides a nice shimmery eye without going overboard. From the middle half of my upper lash line out I've been using e.l.f.'s Essential Liquid Eyeliner in Black. I find it really easy to apply despite me not having a very steady hand. I apply it on only half of my upper lash line to help add volume to my lashes without my eyes looking too heavy. I've been absolutely loving Mayeblline's One by One Volum' Express Mascara. It does a fantastic job at separating my lashes and making them seem extra long. The eyeliner really helps to add that extra volume that the mascara just can't do. I finish up my eyes with Revlon's ColorStay Eyeliner in Black Brown on my lower lash line.

Lips: If you've been watching my recent videos then this will come as no surprise. Hands down my favorite lip product (possibly for all time) is Mirabella's Colour Sheer Lipstick in "Daydream". It's wonderfully creamy with silver undertones that go really well with the "Venus" eye shadow.

If you haven't watched my May Favorites Video yet, I talk even more about these products (and others)!
