Spring Inspired Fashion Wishlist

I'm fed up with this winter business. Over. Done. Let's move on. In the spirit of pushing winter out the door and welcoming spring, I've been doing a bit of website browsing for spring things. Through my travels I ended up creating a complete outfit of items I would love to say hey to spring in.

This dress immediately caught my attention because it's nothing like any of the other dresses I own. It has a vintage vibe while still looking timeless. This dress just makes me feel like when you wear it you're going to a lovely afternoon tea or some other posh event. It's also the piece that inspired the idea to create an entire outfit wishlist instead of just a mix-match of items.

Spring isn't the warmest of times and I find that I get chilly even throughout summer, so a cardigan is a must. Plus if you're going from outside to air conditioning it's nice to bring a cover up. This soft beige cardigan looks incredibly well made and a lovely addition over the dress.

I first saw these shoes in a Hautelook sale (it's ended by the time this post goes up) and fell in love. The shipping on Hautelook is kind of crazy so I couldn't reason spending almost half the price of the shoes on shipping. I'm definitely going to look out for oxford cutout shoes out in the real world though because they're just lovely.

Swoon. Why does Modcloth make such lovely bags at almost too expensive prices?! This bag is so beautiful and ladylike. Plus I love the name! It also matches unbelievably well with the dress. It's the perfect size between being a small cross body that can't hold too many things to and a large bag that gets much too heavy on the shoulder.

Buckle bracelets are going to be my downfall. I don't actually own any, but I've put enough of them into online shopping carts and lust over them in person. I'm not entirely sure why I haven't bought one yet, but it's bound to happen soon.

I'm not a fan of bib necklaces or large statement necklaces because they sit weird on my protruding collarbones, but these beaded necklaces are a good alternative. I'm in love with this peachy coral color as well.

I've never had an adorable umbrella, and with spring going to be incredibly wet, so when I saw this cute umbrella that also happens to match with the rest of the outfit, I couldn't resist adding it to the list. Everyone can't resist raining daisies!

What spring fashion are you eyeing up? What's your favorite part about spring?

xoxo Kayla

  2. ModCloth owns my soul. Love that dress! I can't wait for it to be warmer so I can start wearing more dresses again. It's March - this snow needs to GO.
