Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Lip Pencil in "Manic"

Anyone else remember growing up and seeing all those older women with clearly defined lines around their lips? It never made sense to me why someone would do that and as I've gotten more and more into the beauty world I've just naturally avoided lip liners. No way did I want my lips to have clearly defined lines like a coloring book page. Little did I know that you're supposed to shade your lips in too. I've since been on a quest to find a quality lip liner that doesn't dry out my lips, tug at them, or make them look crazy weird.

Enter Urban Decay's 24/7 Glide-On Lip Pencil in "Manic" ($20) It's creamy, glides on easily, and lasts all day. Plus it's the perfect shade for my lips so I can fill them in and put whatever my-lips-but-better lipstick on top without any worry of it looking strange. I want more of these babies, that's for sure. The color range is decent, but I feel like it's missing a lot of shades that I'd be more likely to purchase. I'll have so start venturing into other brands to see their lip liner offerings.

I'm saying goodbye to the days where I thought lip liners were only for out of touch old birds. Send your recommendations my way!

xoxo Kayla

  1. I want to try one, but $20 for a lip liner is bizarre to me. I like Milani ones.

  2. Haha I remember those days! I do own some lipliners but they're something I quickly forget to use in my routine... KIKO do amazing ones!
